How billing works: your first project is free
Arch Grid gives every organization its first hosted project free, forever — no trial clock, no card required. Beyond that you pay per hosted project by its size, and your whole bill is capped at $500/month. This is a plain walk-through of what you'll pay and what stays free, so there are no surprises.

When you sign up, your organization's first hosted project is free — forever, at any size. There is no trial countdown and no credit card required to start working.

See what you'll pay
Open Settings → Billing. Beyond your free project, pricing is per hosted project by the project's sheet count, in monthly tiers. The panel shows each project, its tier, and your monthly total.

Adding more projects
Create as many projects as you like. Your first stays free; each additional hosted project is billed by its tier. Your total is capped at $500/month: the project that would push you over the cap is charged only the prorated remainder, and every project beyond that is hosted free.

Subscribe to host a paid project
When a project needs a subscription, click Subscribe to go to secure checkout. Once you're subscribed, that project is fully active. Your dashboard, settings, and guesting in other firms' projects stay free and open either way.
TipBecause you pay per active hosted project and never more than $500/month, you're only ever billed for the jobs you're actually running as the host.
