File a daily report
Daily reports are your firm's private log for a project. AI turns rough notes into structured sections, the weather fills itself in, and you can duplicate yesterday's report so the daily habit takes seconds, not minutes.

Start a report
From your project, open Daily Reports and click New report.

Pick a template and date
Choose a template, set the Date and an optional Title, then click Start report. If you filed one recently, Duplicate yesterday's pre-fills a fresh report with yesterday's values so you only edit what changed.

Draft fast with AI fill
In the editor, paste your rough notes into the AI fill panel (for example *poured slab grid 3–5, 8 guys ABC Concrete, rained till 10, rebar delivery late*) and click Structure with AI. It writes the free-text sections for you; each filled section is tagged so you know it came from AI.

Auto-fill the weather
In the weather section, click Auto-fill to pull the day's conditions from the project's address. If you're offline, you can type it in by hand.

Fill the rest and publish
Complete the remaining sections, then click Publish. The report becomes a read-only record for the day.

Export or email the PDF
From the published report, use the Export PDF and Share actions to save a clean PDF or send it on by email.
