1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using Arch Grid (the "Service"). It applies to you and anyone using the Service under your Organization's account. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of access under our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to store, transmit, or share content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringes a third party's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, degrade, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another Organization's data, bypass tenant isolation, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written authorization;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through supported features or an authorized API;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits;
- Share your account credentials, or a cross-organization connection code, with anyone not authorized to access the associated Organization or project;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or use the Service's notification or invitation features to contact people outside a legitimate project or business purpose;

- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent billing, seat, or trial limitations.
3. Content Standards
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any Customer Content you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content containing another person's sensitive personal information without a legitimate business reason and appropriate authorization to do so.
4. Security Research
We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please report it to hello@arch-grid.com before taking any action beyond what is necessary to confirm the issue, and do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data belonging to other Organizations in the course of testing.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we deem appropriate, including removing content, suspending access, or terminating an account, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. We may also report unlawful activity to relevant authorities.
